About Lee Tucker
Lee Tucker has been practicing in the areas of personal injury since 2000. An experienced trial lawyer, Lee knowledgeably and compassionately guides his clients through the complex legal process. With an understanding of foreign languages, customs, and other cultures, Lee embraces all walks of life, which benefits his clients. Lee’s practice can best be described as tough, honest, and highly efficient.
Lee’s area of specialty in personal injury is premises liability. He has successfully represented individuals who have been seriously injured at work, in public places, bars and restaurants, and on public transportation. He has settled hundreds of injury claims over the years, including large complex premises liability cases where defendants have been multi-million dollar corporations. Prior to his current practice, Lee spent a great deal of time at the prosecutor’s office in Ohio counseling victims, working with police, and training with highly skilled trial attorneys.
Lee extends himself fully to his clients by making himself available when they need legal representation the most. He enjoys working with his clients on a one-on-one basis and understands the importance of helping his clients through the most difficult times when they are seriously injured and suffering from debilitating and long-lasting injuries.
Lee is a strong leader in his community and has been recognized for his commitment to his clients and his profession by being voted a “Rising Star” in Washington Law & Politics Magazine since 2003. Lee also dedicates time to pro bono legal services, for people who are unable to afford legal representation.
Lee’s education, life experiences and work history are unique as well. He received his undergraduate degree at Swarthmore College in Philadelphia with a major in political science and international relations. Lee also had the opportunity to study international relations at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton, School of Law. He played competitive tennis at the college level and then internationally, and was a three-time NCAA All American and National Champion tennis player.
A dedicated friend, husband, and father, Lee enjoys and values each day as an opportunity to make every moment count. Lee understands and appreciates how fortunate he has been in his life, and as a result he is a highly accessible, compassionate, and open-minded person who cares deeply about his family, his friends, his community, and the world around him.
